Question : Is PayPal secure?

Yes. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, we won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

Question : I don't want to give my credit card details over the internet, is there another way to order?

Yes. If you click on "phone order" in the payment section of the shopping cart when checking out, we will phone you back to complete the payment process where you can give your details directly to our sales team. Please note we do not retain any individual credit card information.

 Question: I don't have a Paypal account, can I still online pay by credit card or Laser?

Yes. Select the Realex Option and you can pay via the secure services provided by Realex.

Question : Will you share my e-mail address or personal information with others?

No. Any information you provide to Babywear Brands.com is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any other party.

Question: I have a discount/coupon code, where do I enter the details?

Please enter code in the "View Cart" section. You may need to scroll down to the end of the page to see it. If you have any difficulty, please email us and we will help you process the discount.

Question : Why can’t I log in to my account?

It may be that you registered some time ago and have forgotten either your password or the email address that you originally registered with. Passwords are case sensitive, so this is important to bear in mind. If you have forgotten your password, you can click the "forgotten your password?" link and a reminder will be sent to your email address. If this still doesn’t solve the problem, please email sales@babywearbrands.com

 

Question : Can I make an amendment or cancel an order that I placed ?

Any changes or amendments to orders must be made by email before 12 noon the following day. Please email your request to sales@babywearbrands.ie

Question : How long will my order take to be delivered?

We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours. Please note we do not despatch on weekends or bank holidays. Please allow 3 - 5 days from date of despatch for delivery to Ireland and UK. For Europe please allow 14 working days for delivery. For U.S.A. please allow 14 working days for delivery. We will notify you by e-mail if there will be a delay, and you will be given the option to cancel your order. We cannot be responsible for delays outside of our control owing to postal delays, strikes, adverse weather conditions or delays due to misinformation relating to the shipping address.

Question : What happens if my order hasn’t arrived within the time you allow?

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated time, please email sales@babywearbrands.com. We will follow up your query with our courier and contact you with an answer as soon as possible.

Question : When I pay in Sterling Pounds, why is the amount not always exactly the same as the Sterling Pound amount found in brackets at checkout.

Babywear Brands invoice in Euros and the Sterling figure given is merely for indication purposes only. The actual foreign exchange rate will depend on your own individual credit card and may be higher or lower than the suggested Sterling amount shown. It is important before checking out that you are happy with the euro amount shown as it is this Euro amount that will be paid to us at the FX rate provided by your own individual financial institution.

Question : How do I return an item?

 If you wish to return any unused/unworn items (except underwear), please send by recorded delivery to Babywear Brands, Castlebellingham, Co.Louth, Ireland, within 14 days in original packing with swing tickets attached. All unwanted goods must be returned in a resaleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. You are required to pay the carriage back to us, you will not be refunded the cost of returning the unwanted or unsuitable item(s) to us. Please ensure to include your name and reference number and we will process your refund within 2 working days. Please note Gift Certificates are not refundable.
